Join me on January 9th (7-8pm CST) for "Start 2025 Grounded: Tools for Daily Presence" - a unique, transformative hour where I'll share three simple, practical tools for connecting with the present moment.
You'll leave with concrete tools you can use daily to live more present in 2025. I’ll close with live music to help integrate our experience together.
