A Posture, Not a Plan

AI is not going to take your job—it’s going to free you to stop avoiding it.

It may still feel uncomfortable. The shifts ahead are inviting us to uncover our authentic voice. Our true self. Our own power. For many of us, that is very uncomfortable.

But this is an entirely different kind of discomfort. It’s not the pain of death, but the inevitable pain of new life. As in childbirth, the discomfort we feel right now is leading to something very good.

That little shift you may have just felt when you considered the possibility that the path ahead is good—that everything is going to be okay… that feeling is what is needed for your next steps.

Practice that feeling—the feeling of trust—until it becomes your default.

Then, when you look at technology, global issues, the economy, the environment, at others, at yourself—you’ll see what you really need to see.

Stepping into the coming season, what we need the most is not a plan—it’s a posture.
