4 Rules

I’ve been trying to live by these 4 rules. I’ve been far from perfect, but even trying has made a big change in my life: 1. Never complain. Never worry. These are habits and it is possible to completely cut them out. 2. Prepare your self before action. This means fewer ticked boxes and a larger % of time on practice and posture. 3. Do what is in front of you. As opposed to dreaming about what you’ll do tomorrow. 4. Trust the process, forget the outcomes. Another way of putting it: Invest in the process, not the outcomes.
